Refund policy
This policy applies to Logicqueuebase programmes invoiced by the studio. The website itself does not take payment. Last updated 13 August 2026.
Eligibility
Refunds are available to the person or company named on the invoice. Seats cannot be transferred after sandbox credentials are issued unless we agree in writing. Group residences are invoiced as one engagement; individual participants cannot claim a pro-rata personal refund without the contracting company’s request.
Timeframe
Full refund: written cancellation at least 14 days before the first sitting day (or before recordings are released for Signal Sketch). After that, partial refunds may apply as below. Requests received after the programme ends are declined except where Thai consumer law requires otherwise.
Full or partial refund
If we cancel a cohort or residence, you receive a full refund of fees paid for that engagement, or a transfer to a later date at your choice. If you cancel 14 days or more before start, full refund minus any bank transfer fees we cannot recover. If you cancel between 13 and 3 days before start, we retain 30% for reserved faculty time. If you cancel within 2 days of start, or after sandbox access is issued, we retain 60%. After the third sitting day (or after 48 hours of recording access for Signal Sketch), remaining fees are non-refundable.
Non-refundable items
Third-party costs you incur (travel, SDK licences, cloud projects) are never refunded by Logicqueuebase. Printed materials already shipped, if any, are non-refundable. Alumni-forum access included in a completed programme is not separately refundable.
Process
Email info@logicqueuebase.digital with the invoice number and whether you want a refund or a date transfer. We confirm receipt within two working days (Asia/Bangkok) and state the amount we calculate under this policy.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds are returned by the same method as the original payment, usually a Thai bank transfer, within 15 working days after approval. We do not refund in cash at the Pathum Wan studio. Currency conversion differences on international wires are borne by the payer.
Cancellation by the studio
We may cancel or postpone for faculty illness, venue closure, or insufficient enrolment (fewer than four seats for a public cohort). You will be offered a full refund or transfer. We are not responsible for non-refundable travel you booked before confirmation.
Exceptions
If sandbox access never works and we cannot restore it within five working days, you may claim a full refund even after start. If you violate the terms of enrolment (for example by sharing recordings), we may refuse a refund and revoke access. Statutory rights under Thai law are not limited by this page.
