Terms of enrolment

Acceptance

By using this site or submitting an enrolment enquiry you agree to these terms. If you are enrolling on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company. We may refuse or cancel a seat if the information you provide is inaccurate.

Programmes and informational pricing

Course descriptions and prices on this site are informational. A contract is formed only when we confirm a seat or desk in writing and issue an invoice. Sitting dates, sandbox access, and faculty assignments may change; we will notify confirmed participants by email.

This site does not process payments. Do not send card details through the contact form.

Student obligations

You must not share sandbox credentials, recording links, or alumni-forum access. You must not upload production secrets, personal data of end users, or advertising identifiers from live apps into studio systems. Labs are designed around fictional datasets and the provided sandbox.

Intellectual property

Logicqueuebase owns the curriculum, sandbox, slide materials, and measurement-contract templates. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own team’s measurement work. You may not resell, publish, or teach the materials as your own course. Work you create during a residence that describes your production taxonomy remains yours; our comments on that work remain ours.

No professional advice

Content about PDPA, ATT, and vendor SDKs is educational. It is not legal, tax, or financial advice. You remain responsible for compliance decisions in your organisation.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Logicqueuebase is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including lost revenue from a change in reported metrics after you apply a measurement contract. Our aggregate liability arising from a programme is limited to the fees you paid for that programme. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the law of Thailand.

Website use

You may not scrape the site in a way that impairs other visitors, attempt to break sandbox isolation, or misrepresent affiliation with the studio. We may suspend access if we reasonably believe these terms are being abused.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief elsewhere to protect intellectual property.
